The legal agreement and marketplace guidelines governing the use of MP Finder.
By accessing or using MP Finder (including our web app, mobile applications, wholesaler directory, and community Market), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use MP Finder.
MP Finder is designed for mobile parts technicians, wholesalers, repair shop owners, and verified community sellers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
To publish listings in the MP Finder Market, users must register and be approved as a Verified Seller.
- Verification Requirements: Applicants must provide accurate full name, headshot photo, WhatsApp phone number, and city.
- Pre-Publication Review: All seller verification requests and submitted listings are subject to manual administrative review and approval.
- Only Approved Sellers: Only approved sellers may publish items. Verification privileges may be revoked at any time for rule violations.
- Accurate Listings: Sellers must ensure item titles, compatibility, condition (New, Used, Refurbished), quality grade (Original, OEM, Copy), pricing, and descriptions are truthful and non-misleading.
Users and sellers must not:
- Post fraudulent, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, or illegal items.
- Provide false, inaccurate, or deceptive seller profile information.
- Engage in spamming, fake pricing, duplicate listing submissions, or misleading category selection.
- Harass, scam, or defraud buyers, sellers, wholesalers, or platform users.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt MP Finder services.
Users can report suspect listings for Spam, Scam/Fraud, Fake Items, Wrong Category, or Already Sold status.
MP Finder administrators reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing, reject seller applications, suspend accounts, and permanently ban users who violate marketplace standards.
MP Finder provides a directory and platform connecting buyers, repairers, wholesalers, and community sellers.
- No Product Ownership: MP Finder does not own, inspect, manufacture, store, ship, or guarantee listed items.
- Transaction Responsibility: All communications, inspections, payments, delivery arrangements, and transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller.
- No Performance Warranty: MP Finder makes no warranties regarding item quality, compatibility accuracy, availability, pricing, or transaction fulfillment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MP Finder shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions or platform use.
MP Finder retains all rights to its software, database design, visual design, logos, and features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including marketplace tools) at any time with or without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MP Finder immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in unauthorized activity.
